“Oil In The Blood” Film Available October 14

The documentary Oil in the Blood is a brilliant snapshot of today's custom motorcycle scene and the people who make it so incredible. Over the course of two hours, the filmmakers talks to some of the most influential people in custom motorcycling about what they do and the passions that drive them. You've seen their bikes, many of them featured on this site, now you can hear in their words why they do what they do.

Directed by a lifelong motorcyclist Gareth Roberts and produced by Lucy Selwood, the two traveled all over the world interviewing more than 300 builders, riders, artists, journalists, and racers. The result is a no-nonsense depiction of the custom scene as it sits today. An evaluation of the ever changing world of two wheels. And if you’re looking for some new people in the moto industry to follow, just search some of the names being interviewed—every one of them brings something unique and awesome to the moto table.

Through some of the biggest events in motorcycling, from Indian Larry’s Grease Monkey Block Party to The Handbuilt Motorcycle Show, they touch on people from every niche and genre of the motorcycle world. From exotic bikes built by masters to $500 ratty bikes on the streets of NYC, they hit them all.
