NHRA officials announced that after a two-year hiatus, Pro Stock Motorcycle will return to the pro category lineup at the Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals at Brainerd International Raceway in 2015. The two-wheel class last competed at Brainerd in 2012. Defending world champion Andrew Hines holds track performance records at 6.865 seconds (2012) and 196.82 mph (2005). The Screamin’ Eagle Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson rider is also the winningest active rider at the track with two victories. Other past Brainerd winners who are expected to challenge Hines for the bike victory in 2015 are Hector Arana Sr., Eddie Krawiec, Matt Smith and LE Tonglet.
