MIC Offers Free E-Card to Dealers and Retailers to Help Launch Revive Your Ride! Spring Sweepstakes

Free downloads available to get the word out to customers

Irvine, Calif., April 8, 2010 - To promote the industry's Revive Your Ride! Spring Sweepstakes the Motorcycle Industry Council has free downloads for dealers, retailers and service providers including a free, animated e-card, along with posters, banners, stickers, post cards, press release template, logos, web banners and more. The Revive Your Ride! Sweepstakes begins April 15, and will offer $25,000 in cash prizes.

"This free Revive Your Ride! e-card is the perfect way to let customers know about the sweepstakes and invite them to your dealership," said Cam Arnold MIC vice president, communications. "The Grand Prize winner gets a $10,000 pre-paid MasterCard and fourteen other lucky winners will be awarded pre-paid cards ranging from $250 to $2,500 for a total of $25,000 in Revive Your Ride! Sweepstakes prize money. What rider or prospective rider wouldn't be enticed to visit their dealer for a chance to win $10,000 worth of accessories, gear, parts or service?"

The MIC invites retailers to take advantage of these free tools to tell customers and friends about the Revive Your Ride! Sweepstakes. Part of the promotional campaign, the e-card can be viewed and downloaded at . The MIC will create free personalized versions that include the dealership or retailer name. Launched by the MIC Board of Directors in November, Revive Your Ride! is the first industry-wide promotional campaign designed to help raise consumer awareness about special dealership sales, incentives and activities across the nation to help increase dealership traffic.
