Dainese Amfibio Cafe Boots: Review

Dainese 36060's heritage riding boot reviewed

Dainese Amfibio Cafe Boot MSRP- $259.95

Anyone who has experience with motorcycle gear can tell you that it's easy to find functional gear, and it's easy to find stylish gear, but finding the combination of fit, form and function is always a challenge.

This is an area in which Dainese's 36060 collection has excelled since it's recent inception.

The classically styled pieces merge with Dainese's top notch technical design to bring you peak performing riding gear, that looks and feels good enough to wear all day off the bike.

The Amfibio Cafe Boot is just that: a fully functional riding boot that looks good and is comfortable enough to be a solid daily wear. With the shift pad, nylon reinforced ankle and polyurethane inserts in the heal and the toebox, you have the support and feel of a modern boot with a look that screams of sixties cafe cool. Since I got these boots they have been my go-to shoe, and I am yet to find anything to complain about. Sure they don't have a zipper for a quick on/off but they're classic and I think a zipper would detract from the overall look and feel. For a solid daily boot that looks and feels as good off the bike as it functions on it, the Amfibio Cafe Boot is a win across the board.
