Cruising to the Hot Bike Tour: Day 5

Hot Bike Tour 2015 has come to an end in Billings, MT. It was a great week of riding, partying, and meeting new people. We had a great turn out for the tour this year. The group of long riders we had were an amazing group of people.

We met in downtown Sheridan for a quick riders meeting before hitting the road. All the Baggers Build-Off guys head out together in a staggered line of beautiful colors. It was a quick ride for day 5, ending in Billings, MT. Billings was another great stop for us, everyone was getting to the voting booth to cast their last vote for their favorite bike. The Builders were eagerly waiting for the votes to be cast and tallied all day. They all had their eye on the prize, The Baggers Invitational Grand Champion Ring made by Speakeasy Original.

We of course had the day 5 winner and the overall champion winner to announce. It was a close race every day, we had a great variety of daily winners. As he did for day 1, John Shope of Dirty Bird Concepts took the trophy for day 5! He made his speech and had his photo taken and turned to walk off the stage for the Grand Champion to be announced. Ultimately it was a wasted walk, Mr. John Shope was called right back up on stage and was crowned the back to back Baggers Invitational Build-Off Grand Champion! We asked the question from the beginning, will Shope pull of the repeat victory... were you a believer?
