Moto Guzzi is one of those timeless brands that is incredibly hard not to love. From the Eldorado and California cruiser models all the way over to the V7 standard, they have always maintained impeccable style. Of course, that's not saying there isn't room to grow.

BAAK Motorcycles is a group of four guys that have been building bikes together in Lyon, France since 2012. Their goal is simple: to provide high quality handcrafted motorcycles and the parts required to build your own version at home. Perfect.

So how much was really done to transform this V7 into the scrambler you see before you?

Really, the chassis hasn't changed a bit. That's part of the beauty of this bike, is that you can change it back to stock if you'd like to. They handmade all of the custom parts that bolted on to this bike. The leather work on the seat, small saddlebag, and the leather fork boots were all done in house. Custom handlebars, fender, skid plate and that awesome exhaust set were made to suit the scrambler look, and a few other parts like headlight and mirror were bolted on to complete the bike.
