Reevu MSX-1 Helmet | Reevu For Your Rear View

We’ve been hearing about it for years, and we keep hoping it makes its North American debut soon. That “it” is Reevu’s MSX-1 helmet—the only production rear-view motorcycle helmet in the world. Reevu’s rear view technology uses a multiple mirror system to effectively ‘bend’ the light around the shape of the head to provide a clear view of the road behind. The mirrors are manufactured from a reflective polycarbonate rather than glass, so it’s almost impossible to break, and it’s even adjustable. This new 2011 second-generation Reevu model is Italian-engineered, with a lighter tri-composite shell, a removable/washable comfort liner, and fully complies with DOT and ECE standards. It’s priced around $399 USD. Unfortunately the firm has yet to secure distribution in the USA, but you can order online.
