Costco members can now buy Victory motorcycles and select Polaris powersports vehicles as part of the Costco Auto Program.
The new partnership means you’ll see Victory motorcycles in Costco warehouses here and and there, though Costco itself doesn’t sell the motorcycles; that’s handled by dealers who participate in the program.
Polaris is joining a club that already features Aprilia; BMW; Ducati; Honda; Husqvarna; Indian; Kawasaki; KTM; Moto Guzzi; MV Agusta; Spyder; Suzuki; Triumph and Yamaha.
Benefits of buying your vehicle through the Costco Auto Program vary — rebates, special pricing, discounts on associated parts and gear, etc. — but the main benefit is no-haggle pricing.
The price quoted is the price you pay, period.
You should start seeing various Polaris vehicles appearing in Costcos around the country starting this month.
Products will include snowmobiles, off-road vehicles — Sportsman, Ranger and RZR — Victory motorcycles and GEM electric vehicles.
Costco has approximately 45 million card-carrying members, though the vehicle program is managed by a neutral third party, Affinity Auto Program.
The company says 350,000 vehicles were purchased last year by way of Costco, which monitors the success of the program by contacting each buyer after the sale. Costco says it has a 97% satisfaction rating last year.
