Need to crazy for a few days? The Las Vegas BikeFest is just what you need.

The fourteenth annual BikeFest occurs October 2-5 in one of the few cities in the United States where being bad is still welcome. That would be Las Vegas.

Organizers expect about 30,000 people to participate.

The four-day rally features all that you’d expect in Sin City, including a bikini bike wash, various almost-nude shows, lots of motorcycles, about 250 vendors of top-notch aftermarket parts, the Artistry in Iron show, and live music performances.

Playing this year are Craig Morgan and Kansas.

Several celebrities will be rattling around saying hello and signing autographs, including Tommy Flanagan and Mark Boone of Sons of Anarchy.

Organizers say there’s a pot of $30,000 in prize money to be won.

In between times attendees can vote for the new Miss Las Vegas BikeFest, go on factory demo rides and take part in various contests — there’s even one for "best beard."

And then there are the attractions of Las Vegas itself, where paid companionship is legal and where pole dancers easily outnumber pet owners.

The fact that Las Vegas happens to be planted in the middle of some of the most beautiful touring destinations in the United States doesn’t hurt.

We’ve provided a schedule of events below, as well as links where you can get more info.
