Harley-Davidson’s 2025 trike lineup covers three categories: the Freewheeler (cruiser), the Tri Glide Ultra (full-dress tourer), and the Road Glide 3, which fills the bagger slot. The RG3 is built around a frame-mounted shark-nose fairing and powered by the Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-twin, producing a claimed 90 hp at 4750 rpm and 119 lb.-ft. of torque at 2750 rpm. Power is delivered through a six-speed transmission with belt final drive, giving the trike strong low-end performance and reliable highway cruising.
Electronics include cornering ABS, traction control, and linked braking, with additional stability coming from the trike’s rear axle design. The cockpit features Harley’s Boom! Box infotainment system offering touchscreen control, Bluetooth connectivity, and integrated audio. Comfort and touring practicality are supported by lockable saddlebags, full LED lighting, and rider-focused ergonomics designed for long-distance use.
Unlike the two-wheeled Road Glide, which received major updates for 2024 including a Milwaukee-Eight 117 engine, revised bodywork, and the Skyline OS 12.3-inch TFT system, the Road Glide 3 continues unchanged for 2025. Even so, the trike remains a well-equipped touring machine with strong power delivery, essential rider aids, and the unmistakable Road Glide design adapted for three-wheel stability.
The 2025 Road Glide 3 starts at $34,999 in Billiard Gray, and goes up from there: Vivid Black (add $750), White Onyx Pearl ($1000), Purple Abyss Denim ($1000), and Whiskey Firestorm ($3300). Black accents add another $1100.
