Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride Paris

The Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride is a group ride that happens in cities all over the world and has raised millions of dollars for prostate cancer research. They call it a "celebration of the art of being dapper and classic custom motorcycles," and believe it or not, it was all inspired by a picture of Mad Men's Don Draper on a classic bike.

The rules are relatively simple: you get people to sponsor your ride on their website, there are a number of fund matching sites that will donate as much as you do, then you show up dressed to the nines with your stylish bike and ride with like-minded folk.

Sure it's a fashion show, but it's for a good cause and it gets a lot of good looking customs dusted off and out of the garage for a minute.
