The 2019 Ducati XDiavel Gets A New Color Scheme

Ducati says gray will better complement the black chassis and engine. More to come, we hope

The big fall motorcycle shows will be here soon, and Ducati will be revealing new 2019 models at the Intermot (Germany) show and EICMA in Italy. We've already seen the spy shots, as we're sure have you. But before those more intriguing reveals, Ducati has decided to tease us with the preview of "an all-new color scheme" for the company's XDiavel model.

No new model announcement just yet, but the 2019 XDiavel does get a snappy new color scheme.Ducati

Yep, the latest hue to bedeck the Ducati cruiser will be Matt[sic] Liquid Concrete Grey, a neutral, brooding color that the company says, “goes perfectly with the ‘total black’ of the chassis and engine.” We’ll admit it doesn’t look too shabby, but then, we are talking about the ridiculously sexy and sinewy XDiavel, a pinup model of a motorcycle. There’s also a new dark brown seat to add a bit of pop and round off the refined but sporty styling, adding even more panache to the Ducati XDiavel's already unique visuals.

The XDiavel S version features a headlight with DRL (Daytime Running Light), DLC-coated fork tubes, Brembo M50 front brake calipers, dedicated machined rims, and machine-finished engine belt covers. The S will also still be available in Thrilling Black and Iceberg White, both colorways getting the red-trimmed graphic stripe that makes the fuel tank so distinctive.

The 2019 Ducati XDiavel with the new color scheme will be available in Ducati stores starting November 2018, though the actual dates vary by country.
