2018 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Special - First Look Video

New blacked-out Road Glide

There are some big changes to the "Specials" in 2018. The previous model years that were dubbed "Special" came with the 7" touchscreen infotainment system as well as a gloss black inner fairing, and that was all. Now the Road Glide, Street Glide and Road King Specials get a lot more to show for their Special title. Following the footsteps of the mid-year 2017 release of the Road King Special the Street and Road Glides get the all blacked-out treatment.

This includes: Black mag wheels, engine covers, exhaust, front-end and all the trim. The Special's still get the 7" touchscreen and the gloss black inner fairing on top of all the other all black accessories. Another feature added to the Road Glide Special and its brothers is the extended saddlebag lowers. The bikes are still rocking the Milwaukee-Eight engine and the Showa Dual Bending Valve front suspension. The Road Glide Special starts at $26,299 and varies depending on color option, ABS and Security.
