Reborn for the 21st century with a modern chassis and liquid-cooled V-Twin that opens up and just keeps opening. The 25.3-inch seat height and lower center of gravity ensures the kind of confidence a less experienced rider is looking for, but with the stability and control that will let an experienced rider harness all 100 of its horsepower.

Originally introduced on the fabled Wall of Death during the Black Hills Rally to showcase its balance and extreme ability, the 2016 Indian Scout carries over the great engine and the cast aluminum frame and adds an Anti-Lock Brakes version in the traditional Indian Motorcycle® Red color. High-resolution AntiLock Brakes allow for increased confidence in poor weather and in changing conditions. New wheels on the Indian Scout feature machined highlights on the rims and it comes with a desert tan solo leather seat. The Indian Scout ABS adds the security of technology at a still modest price of $11,999 49-State/ $12,249 California MSRP.

An abundance of accessories to create the ideal fit for riders are available, with the most popular being reduced and extended reach seats, foot control adaptors and handlebars. Leather saddlebags and a variety of windscreens further stretch the horizon for weekend getaways and daily convenience. A new cantilevered solo seat creates a floating effect to visually lighten the bike even further, and chrome spoke wire wheels with black rims are now available.

Designed to be as balanced as possible in every way, from chassis feel to engine power delivery to a variety of accessories that allows a rider to build their own vision, the Indian Scout was a hit from the day it appeared and continues to be a very in-demand model at Indian Motorcycle dealerships across the North American continent and in Europe.
