OOAK Forge Hooligan Slingshots

Rolling into my campsite after a long day of riding, nothing sounds better than kicking back, cracking open a cold one and plinking some cans with a slingshot. Luckily, some GENIUS up in Portland came up with these insanely fun little creations to make all my campsite hooliganry that much easier. There is something timeless and nostalgic about these simple launchers that brings me back to my early days, but the construction and design are obviously the work of a skilled craftsman.

I have had my slingshot from OOAK Forge for almost a year now, and this thing comes with me everywhere. I am a total nerd and had him anodize the metal gold so it would match my bike. It instantly became just about my favorite thing. I rarely use it for more than target practice but the velocity at which these slings can shoot is incredible. If you've got the skill, there's no doubt you could hunt with one of these bad boys.

The aluminum bases are machined out of a single piece of 6061 T6 aluminum, which is then anodized for a long lasting and durable finish (unless you opted for the raw option). Certain pieces are constructed of solid brass, which has a natural finish of it's own. The pocket clip on the one in the video is not offered on all slingshots, but Harlan welcomes custom orders and modification requests from customers.
