Indian Motorcycle just announced the release of its newly enhanced "Indian Rides" mobile app release, which now boasts more interactive functionality for smartphone users and allows them to engage more actively with the new iteration of the Indian Motorcycle Company. The updated app is available now for both Android and iOS-based devices, and is totally free. It made its debut last month at the International Motorcycle Show in New York.

A key feature of the "Indian Rides" app is the ability to hear the sound of the forthcoming engine design. With the help of interactive images of a motorcycle throttle and starter switch, users can virtually "start" the new engine and simulate revs, too.

The "Indian Rides" mobile app also contains benefits for all biking enthusiasts, such as their current map location, weather conditions and advisories, nearby Indian dealers; gas stations, and more.
