Quail Motorcycle Gathering 2017: Gallery Part 1

Our favorite custom and vintage motorcycles from the Concourse d'Elegance in Carmel-by-the-Sea

1973 Seeley Norton California CondorMorgan Gales

The Quail is a show I look forward to every year, and hold in very high regard. I don't see nearly as many of my riding buddies out there, and Carmel isn't known for their raging parties, but you see bikes at this show that don't exist anywhere else in the world.

The way they're displayed out on the lawn of the Quail Golf Course and Lodge is very different from most other motorcycles shows we attend. Coming from the Handbuilt Motorcycle Show last month, where you're in much closer proximity to the person next to you and getting good photos can be a challenge-- the Quail was refreshingly expansive.

Here's our first batch of bikes from the show, stay tuned tomorrow for more!
