New 2006 Honda Cruiser Models...Well, Er, None
It's status quo for Honda 2006 cruiser motorcycles. The VTX1800, VTX1300, and Shadows all return with bold new graphics.
 Topping out at over $16,000, the 2006 VTX1800N is now Honda's most expensive cruiser motorcycle.Honda announced its full 2006 motorcycle line-up, and there were no new cruisers, just some new paint schemes and price increases for the entire line. Price increased by $300 for most models, though some variations of the higher-spec VTX1800 models climbed by as much as $800 and the little 250 Rebel had just a $100 bump. The line comes back complete, with all the 2005 models and variations returning, although the Valkyrie Rune, which Honda always said would be limited production (it actually extended production by a year into 2005), is no longer being offered. The Valkyrie family might be history, sad news for folks who think that cruisers should be fun to ride as well as to look at.
