'00 Moto Guzzi JackalThere aren't many aftermarket parts available for Joe's Jackal, so it's a good thing that he's a retired mechanic and had the time and know-how to modify parts himself. The bike may look pretty stock but that's just testament to how good a job Joe did on the bike. With the fishtail custom exhaust, he remapped the OEM fuel injection and hand-made the chrome throttle body covers. The rear was lowered 2.5-inches with Progressive shocks, while GoldWing floorboards, a LePera FXR seat and a Memphis Shades windshield were added for comfort. View Related Article
