Arai has discontinued its long-running open-face-helmet line, but they've replaced it with something better. According to Arai, the brand-new XC "redefines what open-face helmets are supposed to look like-and protect like." The most telling feature is the extended lower jaw, which juts 1 3/16 of an inch forward. The new line includes the XC and the XC-RAM. The RAM's upper-vent system comes directly from the firm's top-of-the-line Corsair-V and a vented neck roll enhances ventilation. The XCs come in sizes XS through XXXL.
